Qualifications

• Active RN or CRC license with a university degree is required.
• State licensure compliance is required.
• Experience in workers' compensation case management is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care between medical providers, employers, insurance carriers, and injured workers.
• Attend appointments with the injured workers, including visits at employer sites.
• Develop, document, and monitor individualized recovery goals and return-to-work plans.
• Provide consistent communication and detailed progress reports to clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure case management work meets customer and compliance requirements.
