Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in HVAC/mechanical project engineering or contracting.
• Professional Engineer license not required; PE preferred.
• Willingness to seal drawings is a plus.
• Strong field skills and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical resource for complex mechanical opportunities with sales.
• Survey existing facilities and document root causes.
• Manage outside engineering firms from kickoff to closeout.
• Ensure designs meet Brady's standards and owner requirements.
• Support preconstruction with design milestones and budgets.
