Qualifications

• Experience maintaining heavy equipment in field environments.
• CDL a is a plus and willingness to travel to sites.
• OT eligibility and safety compliance required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to field jobsites and work in shops as needed.
• Plan work procedures and propose improvements with supervision.
• Troubleshoot and maintain heavy equipment including trucks and pavers.
• Assess damage or malfunction and coordinate with project leaders.
• Uphold safety rules and engage equipment teams in best practices.
• Collaborate with manufacturers on new technology.
