Qualifications

• Reliable vehicle for field work and valid driver’s license.
• Must meet pre-employment criteria.
• Ability to lift/move up to 60-80 pounds.
• Work outdoors in varied climates and terrains.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic math and measurement tools proficiency.
• Ability to read/interpret plans with training.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field observations at regional jobsites.
• Perform sampling and testing of construction materials (soil, aggregates, concrete, etc.).
• Prepare accurate daily logs of inspections and test results.
• Communicate project progress with PM/Operations Manager.
• Work independently and with staff on land development projects.
