The role focuses on material receipt, storage, tracking, staging, and timely delivery to active work fronts, working with construction and quality teams. Responsibilities include managing laydown yards, ensuring traceability, and coordinating with SCM and vendors while complying with safety and project standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; certificate or diploma in Materials Management, Supply Chain, or related discipline is asset.
• 3–5 years of experience in materials coordination, logistics, or supply chain roles supporting construction or infrastructure projects.
• Experience with large-scale linear infrastructure projects (transmission lines, substations) preferred.
• Familiarity with laydown management, field logistics, and material types.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receipt, handling, storage, and distribution of project materials across laydown yards and assembly areas.
• Support material staging and sequencing to align with construction schedules and crew needs.
• Coordinate delivery of materials to active work fronts with field supervision.
• Monitor material availability and identify shortages or delivery conflicts.
