Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; related certificate/diploma asset.
• 3–5 years in materials coordination, logistics, or supply chain in construction.
• Experience with large-scale linear infrastructure projects is preferred.
• Familiar with laydown management, field logistics, and material handling.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receipt, storage, staging, and distribution of project materials across multiple laydown yards and areas.
• Support material sequencing to align with construction schedules and crew needs.
• Coordinate deliveries with logistics providers and internal SCM teams.
• Maintain material inventories and track movements using approved systems/logs.
• Ensure material traceability, including heat numbers, batches, and certifications.
• Assist in site-based material planning and reporting to project teams.
