Job summary

Forbes Bros. Group of Companies is seeking a Project HSE Advisor to support a large-scale transmission construction project near North Platte and Stapleton, Nebraska. This hands-on field role works with crews, foremen and subcontractors to reinforce safe work practices and compliance.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of field HSE experience, knowledge of OSHA construction requirements, and strong communication skills. A Journeyman Lineman background is a plus.

Qualifications

3–5 years of dedicated full-time HSE experience in construction, utility or field-based environments.
Experience in transmission, distribution or substation construction preferred.
OSHA construction knowledge required.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate and reinforce WE WORK SAFE in daily activities.
Maintain field presence across crews and work fronts.
Provide practical safety guidance to employees, foremen and supervisors.
Support hazard assessments, inspections and corrective actions.
Participate in daily planning, toolbox talks and field safety meetings.
Review JSAs, pre-task plans, permits and safe work procedures.
