Job summary

Primoris Pipeline is seeking a Material Receiver to support on-site procurement and expediting. The role requires witnessing deliveries, verifying documents, and maintaining material traceability while coordinating with the Procurement team.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, 2–5 years of material receiving experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to travel as needed. The work involves outdoor conditions and cloud-based systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or mechanical engineering technology from an accredited institution.
• 2–5 years in material receiving, coordination, expediting, or a related field preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to travel to job sites on short notice.
• Comfortable working in cloud-based environments and basic data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• On-site witness of material deliveries and verification of descriptions and quantities.
• Reviewing BOLs, MTRs, tally reports, and carrier documents.
• Compare incoming materials to shipping releases and submit receiving reports.
• Document shortages, overages, damages, and maintain material traceability.
• Coordinate with Procurement to resolve shipment or material issues.
