Job summary

Kforce is seeking an experienced Field Marketing Specialist to support our Spring, TX-based enterprise networking and cloud solutions initiatives. You will collaborate with sales, corporate marketing, solutions marketing, and technical experts to create multi-channel campaigns and demand generation programs.

Responsibilities include managing events, aligning with stakeholders and partners, driving customer engagement, and handling budgets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technology field marketing or demand generation.
• Strong Excel and data analysis to measure ROI and optimize campaigns.
• Proven ability to collaborate with enterprise sales teams and channel partners.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Autonomy to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns and demand generation strategies.
• Lead day-to-day event management including custom customer events, tradeshows and executive roundtables.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across sales, marketing and product management.
• Drive customer engagement through content development, database management and lead tracking.
• Manage Opex budgets with accurate tracking, allocation and reporting.
