Databricks is seeking a contract Field Marketing Specialist I to support Canada and CMEG events, webinars, and sponsorships. You will work with two Field Marketing Managers and report to the Director, AMER Field Marketing, contributing to sales enablement and program execution.

The role requires recent graduates or up to 3 years of B2B marketing event experience, proficiency with Google Suite, Canva, Excel, and CRM/automation tools. Willingness to travel and a learning mindset are essential.

Competenze

• Recent graduate or up to 3 years of marketing event experience in a B2B enterprise software company, or relevant internship experience.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Canva, and Mac operating systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, including maintaining complex spreadsheets.
• Exceptional customer service skills to support essential business partners.
• Experience with Asana, Marketo, Salesforce, and Swoogo is a plus.
• Willingness to travel for events as required.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and provide feedback for process improvement.

As a contract Field Marketing Specialist I at Databricks, you will be part of a high-growth tech startup with a collaborative culture. Reporting to the Director, AMER Field Marketing, you will work in close partnership with two Field Marketing Managers across Canada and the Communications, Media, Entertainment, and Gaming (CMEG) team.

This is a contract role based in Canada, with proximity to Toronto being highly preferred.

Requirements:

• Recent graduate or up to 3 years of marketing event experience in a B2B enterprise software company, or relevant internship experience.
• Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Mail), Canva, and Mac operating systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, including maintaining complex spreadsheets.
• Exceptional customer service skills to support essential business partners.
• Experience with Asana, Marketo, Salesforce, and Swoogo is a plus.
• Willingness to travel for events as required.
