Databricks is seeking a Senior Event Marketing Manager to lead field initiatives, partner with global teams, and deliver premium event experiences. You will drive sales enablement for flagship events and work to translate engagement into pipeline with strong cross-functional collaboration.
You will own program management, dashboards, and measurement to demonstrate ROI and inform future strategy. This role requires strategic vision and hands-on execution across events and field teams.
As Senior Event Marketing Manager at Databricks, you will report to the Director of Corporate Events and collaborate with global teams. You will lead field initiatives and sales enablement for major events like the Data + AI Summit and World Tour. Your focus will be delivering premium field experiences, activating Sales colleagues, refining workflows, and strengthening cross-functional alignment to scale these programs and their business impact.

$142,200 — $195,600 USD

$134,300 — $184,700 USD
