Qualifications

• Newly graduated to 2-3 years of marketing event experience in a B2B enterprise software company, or relevant internship experience.
• Experience supporting events and marketing programs for enterprise software audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of marketing activities across Canada and CMEG: webinars, workshops, large-scale in-person events, executive events, and 3rd-party sponsorships
• Support and own key operational and execution-based tasks
• Assist with building and maintaining sales enablement materials and reporting (pre- and post-event, plus regular sales comms cadences)
• Streamline procurement management and budget tracking
• Document program deliverables to ensure programs are scalable and repeatable

Contract Field Marketing Specialist role at Databricks, part of a high-growth tech startup with a collaborative culture. Reports to the Director, AMER Field Marketing, working closely with two Field Marketing Managers across Canada and the Communications, Media, Entertainment, and Gaming (CMEG) team. This is a Canada-based contingent role; proximity to Toronto highly preferred.

Experience
