Wow Roofing is seeking a Field Marketing Representative to engage homeowners in assigned neighborhoods, spark conversations, and generate qualified leads for our sales team. This is an in-person, full-time role with no experience required.

You’ll earn $20–$22.50 per hour plus commissions, with weekly direct deposit, medical benefits, and PTO. Training starts day one, with clear paths into sales or leadership as you prove yourself.
