No selling required; you earn $275 per scheduled appointment. Training is paid ($75/day for two weeks) and you can benefit from performance bonuses. Part-time hours are 2pm-7pm, Monday to Friday with Saturdays optional.

As a field rep, you'll visit residential neighborhoods where we our crew are completing home improvement projects. You'll talk to neighboring homeowners, and offer our services via a free estimate. Don't worry, you don't have to write the estimates, you just book the appointments. When a homeowner agrees to an estimate appointment with us, you earn $275 per scheduled appointment - No selling required.# We provide full training and $75/day in training pay for your first two weeks (up to $900), which is earned back through lead production. Most reps exceed this within their first few days.
