Role Overview

Premium Roofing is seeking motivated, outgoing individuals to join our growing team. As a Field Marketing Representative, you’ll help homeowners connect with trusted roofing solutions and be rewarded for the results you generate.

Compensation

• Hourly pay: $20.00 - $22.50 per hour
• Commission: $100 for each estimate completed by the assigned sales representative
• Additional $200 bonus if the sale closes the same day
• Monthly bonus potential: up to $10,000 based on sales from your leads
• Weekly pay via direct deposit (one‑week payroll delay)
