Expo Home Improvement is hiring Field Marketing Representatives to work inside high-traffic retail locations in Tyler and Longview. You will engage homeowners, discuss remodeling projects, and set qualified in-home appointments for our design consultants.

This is a direct employee role with performance-based pay. Base pay starts at $18 per hour, plus sales bonuses and opportunities for training, growth, and leadership within our sales organization. Weekend work and travel are required.

Immediate openings for Field Marketing Representatives at high-traffic retail locations in Tyler & Longview. If you are outgoing, competitive, energetic, and motivated by performance-based pay, this is an opportunity to build a career with one of the fastest-growing home remodeling companies in Texas.

This is NOT a third-party marketing company. You are a direct employee of Expo Home Improvement, representing our company inside major retail stores, home shows, and events throughout the Houston area.

As a Field Marketing Representative you will engage homeowners, create interest in home remodeling services, and set qualified in-home appointments for our design consultants. Your work directly drives company growth and your earning potential.

Compensation & Benefits

• $18 per hour base pay

Performance bonus based on gross sales each pay period:

• 1-2 Gross Sales: $400 bonus per sale
• 3-4 Gross Sales: $500 bonus per sale
• 5-6 Gross Sales: $600 bonus per sale

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.).
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. (e.g., event materials, signage).
• Comfortable with prolonged periods of speaking and engaging with the public.
• Ability to travel to multiple locations within a workday (retail sites and events).
• Must be able to stop, reach, and bend occasionally when setting up booths or materials.
• Must be able to report to and work from different assigned locations, which may vary day to day based on business needs.
