Expo Home Improvement, a top-rated Texas-based home remodeling company, is seeking Field Marketing Representatives to represent us inside major retail stores, home shows, and events in Pearland, Memorial City and Channelview.

As a Retail Sales Representative you will engage homeowners, set qualified in-home appointments for design consultants, and help drive company growth with performance-based pay and a clear path for career advancement.

• Deliver excellent customer interaction and brand representation.
• Meet weekly appointment-setting and performance goals.
• Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and development.

Description

Immediate openings for Field Marketing Representatives at high-traffic retail locations in the Pearland, Memorial City and Channelview, with start dates as early as 8/18. If you are outgoing, competitive, energetic, and motivated by performance-based pay, this is an opportunity to build a career with one of the fastest-growing home remodeling companies in Texas.

This is NOT a third-party marketing company. You are a direct employee of Expo Home Improvement, representing our company inside major retail stores, home shows, and events throughout the Houston area.

As a Retail Sales Representative you will engage homeowners, create interest in home remodeling services, and set qualified in-home appointments for our design consultants. Your work directly drives company growth and your earning potential.

Compensation & Benefits

• $18 per hour base pay
• $150 bonus per qualified demo appointment
• $300 Bonus per net Sale
• Weekly earning potential: $1,000–$2,500+

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.).
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. (e.g., event materials, signage).
• Comfortable with prolonged periods of speaking and engaging with the public.
• Ability to travel to multiple locations within a workday (retail sites and events).
• Must be able to stop, reach, and bend occasionally when setting up booths or materials.
• Must be able to report to and work from different assigned locations, which may vary day to day based on business needs.
