Expo Home Improvement is hiring Field Marketing Representatives to work inside high-traffic retail locations in Tyler and Longview. You will engage homeowners, discuss remodeling projects, and set qualified in-home appointments for our design consultants.

This is a direct employee role with performance-based pay. Base pay starts at $18 per hour, plus sales bonuses and opportunities for training, growth, and leadership within our sales organization. Weekend work and travel are required.

Responsibilities

• Represent Expo Home Improvement inside retail stores, events, and shows.
• Talk with homeowners about bathroom, window, kitchen, and home remodeling projects.
• Generate interest and set qualified appointments for the sales team.
• Deliver excellent customer interaction and brand representation.
• Meet weekly appointment-setting and performance goals.
• Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and development.
