Job summary

Expo Home Improvement, a Texas-based home remodeling company, is seeking Field Marketing Representatives to engage homeowners in high-traffic retail locations such as Round Rock, North Austin, Killeen, and South Austin. You’ll drive interest in remodeling services and schedule qualified in-home appointments for our design consultants.

The role offers $18/hour base pay, performance bonuses tied to gross sales, paid training, flexible scheduling, and clear paths to growth into sales leadership

• Represent Expo Home Improvement inside retail stores, events, and shows.

• Meet weekly appointment-setting and performance goals.
• Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and development.

Description

Immediate openings for Field Marketing Representatives at high-traffic retail locations inRound Rock/North Austin, Kileen, or South Austin. If you are outgoing, competitive, energetic, and motivated by performance-based pay, this is an opportunity to build a career with one of the fastest-growing home remodeling companies in Texas.

This is NOT a third-party marketing company. You are a direct employee of Expo Home Improvement, representing our company inside major retail stores, home shows, and events throughout the Austin area.

As a Field Marketing Representative you will engage homeowners, create interest in home remodeling services, and set qualified in-home appointments for our design consultants. Your work directly drives company growth and your earning potential.

Compensation & Benefits

• $18 per hour base pay
• Performance bonus based on gross sales each pay period:

1–2 Gross Sales: $400 bonus per sale

3–4 Gross Sales: $500 bonus per sale

5–6 Gross Sales: $600 bonus per sale

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:

• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.).
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. (e.g., event materials, signage).
• Comfortable with prolonged periods of speaking and engaging with the public.
• Ability to travel to multiple locations within a workday (retail sites and events).
• Must be able to stop, reach, and bend occasionally when setting up booths or materials.
• Must be able to report to and work from different assigned locations, which may vary day to day based on business needs.
