Job summary

ChicknLegs is seeking a Field Marketing Representative to join our team. You will work with Sales and Marketing to define event goals, coordinate activations at running events, and manage pop-up shops nationwide.

This role requires travel, weekend events, strong communication, and a passion for running. You will build retailer partnerships, track activations in our CRM, and help create memorable experiences for customers and athletes.

Qualifications

• Experience in run specialty is ideal.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel for events and promotions.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple events.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate events with retail partners from end-to-end.
• Plan and coordinate travel and events calendar logistics.
• Represent ChicknLegs at running events and expos.
• Implement event activations and promotions designed by marketing.
• Maintain inventory counts and POS setup at events.

The ChicknLegs Field Marketing Rep is social, self-motivated, organized, passionate about running and travel!

• Work with Sales and Marketing teams to define goals, identify target audience, to develop a theme, brainstorm and create content, establish timelines, plan promotions, etc.
• Coordinate events along with retail partners from end-to-end
• Plan and coordinate travel and managing events calendar and submitting all necessary paperwork
• Represent ChicknLegs at running events and expos, such as the world marathon majors, high school and collegiate cross country events, run groups, etc.
• Pop-up shop management: install and break down, interact with consumers and answer questions
• Coordinate and communicate with retail partners or volunteers before, during and after events
• Implement event activations designed by the marketing team, such as Interactive product demonstrations, gamified challenges or contests, etc.
• Implement of POS, and conduct inventory counts and management

Relationship management:

• Travel to events, and visit retail partners throughout the country for engagement and relationship building
• Schedule meetings with team members and retail partners
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute event activations
• Respond to all communications within one business day
• Create reports and provide feedback on events
• Track activities, activations, and account communication in company CRM
