ChicknLegs is seeking a Field Marketing Intern who is social, self-motivated, organized, and passionate about running and travel. You will collaborate with Sales and Marketing to brainstorm content, plan promotions, and coordinate events with retail partners from end-to-end.

You will represent ChicknLegs at events and manage pop-up shops while communicating with partners and volunteers. This internship favors someone who enjoys travel, fits our culture, and is ready for flexible hours including

Qualificações

• Must love running and travel.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Experience running/selling events or promotions.
• Experience with marketing activations.
• Experience with social media content creation.
• Independent and travel-ready.
• Willing to work nights and weekend events.

Responsabilidades

• Plan content and promotions with Sales and Marketing teams.
• Coordinate events with retail partners from end-to-end.
• Book travel with events manager and submit paperwork.
• Represent ChicknLegs at races and expos.
• Manage pop-up shops and engage customers.
• Implement event activations designed by marketing.
• Track activities and report on events in CRM.

The Role

The ChicknLegs Field Marketing Intern is social, self-motivated, organized, passionate about running and travel!

Event planning

• Work with Sales and Marketing teams to brainstorm and create content, plan promotions, etc.
• Coordinate events along with retail partners from end-to-end
• Communicate with events manager to book travel
• Submit all necessary paperwork

Event execution

• Represent ChicknLegs at running events and expos
• Pop-up shop management: install and break down, interact with consumers and answer questions
• Communicate with retail partners or volunteers before, during and after events
• Implement event activations designed by the marketing team, such as Interactive product demonstrations, gamified challenges or contests, etc.
• Implement of POS, and conduct inventory counts

Relationship management

• Travel to events, and visit retail partners throughout the country
• Execute event activations for marketing team
• Respond to all communications within one business day
• Create reports and provide feedback on events
• Track activities, activations, and account communication in company CRM
