West Fraser seeks a Territory Sales Representative to support a defined Bemidji, MN area, representing wood products across new home, multi-family, and commercial markets. You will build relationships, provide technical support, and execute marketing plans within the territory.

The role requires strong communication, structure, and product knowledge, with collaboration across inside sales, marketing, and field teams. Remote work options are available within the territory.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, sales, construction, or building products.
• 2–5 years in home construction, building materials, sales, or marketing.
• Knowledge of construction and building materials.
• Strong planning, organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong technical aptitude and people skills.

Responsabilidades

• Establish, manage, and maintain customer relationships with excellent service and follow-up.
• Support regional marketing programs with pro-dealers, retail accounts, and builders.
• Promote new and existing products to contractor yards and builders.
• Develop product and program knowledge to support customers and internal teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with key pro-dealers, retail accounts, builders, and industrial customers.
• Provide responsive service and proactive follow-up.
