Job summary

Rue Renewal by Andersen, the custom division of Andersen Windows, is seeking a Field Marketing Operations Coordinator to support lead-generation programs across events and retail locations. This role emphasizes data integrity, reporting, administrative coordination, and field marketing logistics.

Responsibilities

• Enter, track, and manage leads in CRM systems and monitor lead generation activities.
• Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports; ensure timecard compliance and track attendance.
• Support scheduling, availability tracking, and staffing for events and retail activations.
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing field marketing events and team meetings; manage event communications.
• Maintain marketing materials and internal documentation; update resources for the field marketing team.
• Assist with onboarding new hires and act as liaison between field marketing staff and corporate support.
