Arctic Wolf is seeking a Senior Director of Product for Threat Intelligence & Detection to lead the strategy and roadmap for threat intel, threat hunting, and detection engineering. You will align cross-functional teams, guide execution, and drive innovation across MDR/EDR platforms while partnering with executive leadership.

You will influence prioritization, mentor teams, and represent the portfolio with transparency and integrity in a fast-growing security company.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive cybersecurity experience with threat intelligence, hunting, detection, incident response or security research.
• 10+ years of product management, including 3+ years at director level handling enterprise security products.
• Executive presence to discuss cybersecurity strategy with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Background in MSS/MDR/SOC or security operations is a plus.

You will collaborate with Architecture, Engineering, Security Research, and cross-functional teams to align product vision with company goals, guide strategic planning, and drive innovation and outcomes in threat intelligence, threat hunting and detection engineering. You will lead initiatives to map strategy to execution, commission research, define OKRs, and maintain alignment across product lines and stakeholders. In addition to base pay, Arctic Wolf offers variable incentive compensation, new hire equity grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
