Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a Marketing Manager to oversee a 10–25 person field marketing team and drive lead generation across markets. You will manage performance metrics, train staff, and implement strategies in a fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with senior leadership on growth initiatives, with travel to multiple markets and a strong focus on results, professional development, and a dynamic, energetic culture.

Responsibilities

• Learn and execute our field marketing system to generate leads and drive revenue.
• Understand and manage marketing performance metrics (cost per lead, conversion rates, ROI).
• Build, train, and develop a team of 10-25 field marketers.
• Track performance using spreadsheets and internal systems to ensure targets are hit.
• Lead by example—especially early on, when you’ll be in the field alongside your team.
• Maintain and improve scripts, processes, and daily execution.
• Create a competitive, high-energy team environment focused on results.
• Travel to different markets for training and development as needed.
