As our Field Marketing Manager for Central US, you will lead the charge in planning, organizing, and executing field and channel marketing programs. Your mission is to generate new business, drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities, increase brand awareness, and enhance client retention in the Central US region. This position will report to the Director, Americas Field Marketing West, and act as the local marketing business partner, collaborating closely with local sales teams, HQ marketing, key partners, and agency suppliers.

We are seeking a self-starter who can navigate a dynamic work environment with flexibility, organization, fun, and a friendly approach.

What You'll Do...

  • Demand Generation and Brand Awareness: Execute regional marketing plans against GTM to increase demand generation and enhance Commvault's brand visibility.
  • Scalable Activities: Develop and implement scalable demand generation activities using effective channels such as email, events, webinars, and digital/online platforms to drive prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Collaboration with Sales Teams: Work closely with local sales, SEs (Sales Engineers), professional services, channel sales, and other functional areas to ensure marketing efforts support and exceed sales goals and meet overall marketing KPIs.
  • Global Campaign Integration: Collaborate with global and corporate marketing colleagues to integrate global campaigns into field programs, reducing costs and driving economies of scale. Actively share local program successes, ideas, and best practices with peers across the Americas and beyond.
  • ROI Measurement and Reporting: Utilize tools like Salesforce.com, Power BI, Marketo, and others to measure ROI, make data-driven adjustments, and present results to business and marketing stakeholders.
  • Company Support and Advocacy: Support all company initiatives, provide actionable feedback, share best practices, and serve as an advocate and marketing information source for your markets.

Who You Are...

  • Experience: 5+ years in a B2B Marketing role with a focus on demand generation. Experience in Data Management and/or SaaS is a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Customer and Channel Marketing: Proven experience in marketing to both end customers and channel partners.
  • Initiative and Leadership: A self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude, capable of leading initiatives and rallying teams around common goals.
  • Team Collaboration: A team player with the ability to build strong working relationships at all levels.
  • Digital Expertise: Strong experience in digital and social media is advantageous.
  • MS Office Proficiency: SFDC, Utilize Salesforce.com, Power BI, Marketo and other tools to measure ROI, course correct and present results to your business and marketing stakeholders.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively present plans to stakeholders and drive alignment.
  • Bilingual: Bilingual capabilities are a plus.
  • Travel: Ability to travel as required.

US Pay Range

$93,500—$220,800 USD
