Qualifications

• Опыт маркетинга в технологической компании/продукте/сервисе
• Доказанный успех в управлении сложными многофункциональными маркетинговыми программами и доведении проектов до конца
• Опыт управления программами прямого и каналного лидогенерации и руководством региональными маркетинговыми командами
• Отличные знания тактик цифровой лидогенерации, социальных сетей и контент-маркетинга
• Стратегическое и аналитическое мышление, деловая хватка и глобальное мышление
• Умение работать в команде, сотрудничать, расставлять приоритеты и решать задачи в быстро меняющейся среде
• Доказанный послужной список в регионе UK&I

Responsibilities

• Сотрудничество с директором по полевому маркетингу региона EMEA для улучшения процессов, операций и управления ключевыми проектами
• Работа с внутренними командами маркетинга и продаж по регионам для обеспечения удовлетворения местных бизнес-потребностей
• Анализ воронки маркетинга, состава каналов и сегментации клиентов для оптимизации генерации лидов по различным сегментам
• Создание инфраструктуры для формирования спроса и интегрированной воронки продаж для генерации лидов по указанным регионам/странам
• Ведению стратегического согласования с партнёрами по каналам, взаимодействие с их исполнительными командами для разработки и реализации совместных ко‑маркетинговых стратегий
• Координация работы внешних агентств и поставщиков для достижения операционного совершенства с высоким ROI и строгими стандартами эффективности

The EMEA Field Marketing team is responsible for building and executing strategy for customer acquisition and retention. Our focus is on building out solid strategies and developing plans. We work towards having the maximum impact possible on demand, pipeline and revenue growth. Develop UK&I Marketing Strategy Leading and overseeing all marketing activities by working cross functionally with the sales and global marketing teams. You will bridge the gap between local Sales and Global Marketing organisations to drive brand awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth.

• Partnering with the EMEA Field Marketing Director to improve processes, operations and manage key projects.
• Working with internal marketing and sales teams across regions to ensure local business needs are addressed appropriately.
• Analysing the marketing funnel, channel mix and customer segmentation to optimize pipeline generation across different customer segments.
• Building infrastructure to shape demand and an integrated sales funnel for lead generation across named region/countries.
• Leading strategic alignment with Channel Partners, engaging with their executive teams to develop and execute joint co-marketing strategies.
• Directing external agencies and vendors to drive operational excellence with high-ROI and rigorous performance standards.
