As the Field Marketing Manager, you'll be:

  • Our boots-on-the-ground brand ambassador in the Chicagoland area, enthusiastically representing Guzman y Gomez and building local connections.
  • Leveraging your high energy and extroverted personality to engage with local community groups and businesses, fostering partnerships and building brand awareness.
  • Driving catering interest by proactively reaching out to local organizations and businesses, showcasing our delicious and clean menu options.
  • Utilizing your deep understanding of the Chicago market, including the unique characteristics of different locations, to create targeted and effective outreach.
  • Collaborating with the team to create compelling content that resonates with the Chicago community and highlights our unique clean food promise.
  • Juggling ad hoc administrative tasks on a day-to-day basis, supporting our restaurant teams to ensure they have the marketing collateral and assets required to ensure expected campaign outcomes!

You will have:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
  • A keen interest in our brand and the clean eating movement
  • An energetic and outgoing personality with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and a knack for building rapport
  • A strong understanding of the Chicago market and its diverse communities
  • Experience in grassroots marketing, community outreach, or sales, particularly in the food and beverage industry (a plus!)
  • A proactive and creative approach to building relationships and generating leads
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (travel throughout Chicagoland is required)
