The role is field-forward, requiring significant travel and the ability to translate insights into practical growth initiatives across Sales, Marketing, and Operations.

The ideal candidate communicates fluently in Spanish and English, builds trusted relationships, and can develop scalable tools, playbooks, and training for nationwide

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish-English with strong communication skills in both languages.
• Public speaking and facilitation for diverse audiences.
• Experience coordinating customer events, trainings, and field programs.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale the customer growth strategy across priority markets.
• Lead field events, trainings, and activations in partnership with Sales and Marketing.
• Represent QXO at events and in community engagements; train and coach field teams.
