Finpilot is hiring a Field Marketing Lead to build and own the marketing function, focusing on events, conferences and targeted gatherings for investment leaders. You will shape messaging and collaboration with leadership to create meaningful industry presence.

The role emphasizes hands-on execution, direct engagement with CIOs and senior decision makers, and a drive to establish Finpilot as a central community in institutional finance while learning the domain quickly.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and running conferences, dinners or events.
• Comfort with senior decision makers and CIO-level relationships.
• Willingness to do the work hands-on and measure results.
• Ability to manage both field and digital marketing activities.
• Strong drive to build something from zero and own outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build our presence at conferences and industry events that matter to investment leaders.
• Host dinners, roundtables and small gatherings that are genuinely valuable to attendees.
• Plan visits to client cities together with the CEO and sales team.
• Own positioning, messaging, website, client stories, newsletter, webinars and social channels with our writer.
