COREcruitment Ltd is partnering with a growing entertainment and leisure business in Texas to appoint a Field Marketing Lead. This hands-on role owns local marketing across multiple venues, supports new openings, organises events and campaigns to drive footfall.

You will build relationships with venue teams and partners, plan seasonal campaigns, manage local promotions and PR, and track results to continuously improve performance.

• Experience in multi-site marketing, ideally within hospitality, leisure, retail or entertainment.
• Able to drive footfall and attract new customers.
• Experience with events, local partnerships and marketing campaigns.

About the Role

We're working with a growing business in the entertainment and leisure industry, looking for a Field Marketing Lead to help drive the success of its venues.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys coming up with ideas, building local relationships and finding new ways to get customers through the door. You'll take ownership of marketing across multiple locations, supporting new openings, organising events and creating campaigns that keep customers coming back.

You'll have plenty of opportunity to make the role your own and see the impact of your work.
