Job summary

Zipline is seeking a Field Marketing Intern to connect operations with local communities in the Richardson, TX area. You will help execute activations, events, partnerships, and customer engagement initiatives that drive awareness and adoption of Zipline deliveries.

This role trains hands-on in brand ambassador work, event planning, and grassroots marketing across Marketing and Operations teams, with travel across Dallas and surrounding areas as needed.

Qualifications

• Hybrid role with two in-person days per week in Richardson, TX.
• Flexibility for evenings and weekends to support events.
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and executing local events, activations and community partnerships.
• Track event performance metrics and assist with reporting.
• Help identify opportunities to increase local awareness and customer acquisition.
• Coordinate with event logistics, set-up, breakdown and inventory management.
• Be the first to lead the charge for boots on the ground support.
