Job summary

Zipline is seeking a Community Engagement Intern to help design and implement programs that foster relationships with local communities across Dallas, Austin, Los Angeles, and Phoenix. You will assist in events, content creation, and stakeholder outreach while gaining hands-on experience in social impact initiatives.

The role is a full-time, in-person internship based in the United States, offering competitive hourly pay and opportunities for relocation support or stipends where applicable.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field. You must have completed the second year of your undergraduate studies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for community building and social impact.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, promoting, and executing community events, workshops, and virtual meetups.
• Support the development of content for newsletters, social media, and other communication channels.
• Respond to community inquiries and engage with members across platforms.
• Conduct research on community needs, trends, and engagement strategies.
• Help track engagement metrics and compile reports on community feedback and outcomes.
• Provide general administrative support to the community engagement team.
