Job summary

Chervon North America, Inc is seeking a Field Marketing Representative to manage and train retail partners across the US territory. You will drive sales and brand awareness through in-store demonstrations, merchandising, and consultative selling while building strong relationships with retailers and consumers.

Responsibilities include executing product trainings, monitoring weekly sales, and coordinating events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related business required.
• Ability to develop strong relationships and work cross-functionally.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to work some nights and weekends.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift tools up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel (including international).
• Base Salary: mid $50k plus bonus opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Execute top-of-line sales and service to retail partners and consumers while educating them on Chervon branded products.
• Train and develop champions of Chervon product across the retail environment.
• Ensure products are merchandised to effectively drive sales within retail partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with consumers, retail partners and internal teams.
• Monitor and analyze weekly/monthly sales and recommend strategies to drive sales at stores.
• Initiate in-store product training with retail associates.
• Develop and execute in-store demonstrations and store walks to boost sales.
