Terra Security is seeking a Field & Growth Marketing Lead to scale our pipeline across direct B2B and partner-led motions. You will design, execute, and optimize field marketing programs that align with Sales, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations to drive measurable pipeline impact.

In a fast-moving environment, you will own programs from strategy to execution, set clear outcomes, build assets, and ensure attribution and forecasting confidence with RevOps.

Responsabilidades

• Build the Field Marketing & Regional Pipeline
• Execute field marketing programs across priority regions and segments in close alignment with Sales and Marketing leadership
• Ensure each program is aligned to clear outcomes, including meetings set, pipeline created, and deal acceleration
• Partner & B2B2B Growth - Execute partner-driven demand programs
• Work with the Partnerships team to support partner-sourced pipeline and partner-influenced opportunities
• Adapt messaging and programs for indirect sales motions
• Launch scalable growth campaigns
• Test and optimize messaging, offers, and channels to improve conversion and efficiency
• Translate learnings into repeatable growth playbooks
• Act as the primary marketing partner for Sales leaders and reps
• Align programs to territory plans, target accounts and verticals, and quarterly pipeline goals
• Build clear follow-up plans, sales assets, and enablement for every campaign
• Own performance tracking and reporting for all field and growth programs
• Measure impact across pipeline sourced and influenced, cost per opportunity, and conversion rates by channel and partner
• Partner with RevOps to maintain clean attribution and forecasting confidence
• Use data to prioritize what scales, and cut what doesn't
