Terra Security Inc. is seeking a Field & Growth Marketing Lead to scale predictable pipeline across direct B2B and partner-led motions. You will design, execute, and scale field and growth programs in collaboration with Sales, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations.

This is a hands-on, high-visibility role accountable for results in a fast-moving environment. You’ll build regional pipelines, drive account-based approaches, and adapt programs for indirect sales.

Qualifikationen

• 4–7+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, field marketing, or growth marketing.
• Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue impact.
• Experience working closely with Sales and Partnerships teams.
• Strong program management skills with the ability to run multiple initiatives in parallel.
• Analytical mindset with comfort using data to guide decisions.

Aufgaben

• Build the Field Marketing & Regional Pipeline.
• Execute field marketing programs across priority regions and segments in close alignment with Sales and Marketing leadership.
• Ensure each program is aligned to clear outcomes, including meetings set, pipeline created, and deal acceleration.
• Partner & B2B2B Growth - Execute partner-driven demand programs.
• Work with the Partnerships team to support partner-sourced pipeline and partner-influenced opportunities.
• Adapt messaging and programs for indirect sales motions.
• Launch scalable growth campaigns.
• Test and optimize messaging, offers, and channels to improve conversion and efficiency.
• Translate learnings into repeatable growth playbooks.
• Own performance tracking and reporting for all field and growth programs.
