Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and train Field Marketing Representatives
• Build and lead a field marketing and canvassing team
• Coach representatives on communication, lead generation, appointment setting, and customer engagement
• Develop and manage residential canvassing and direct marketing campaigns
• Identify and assign neighborhoods and territories based on opportunity and performance
• Establish daily, weekly, and monthly production expectations
• Track appointments, lead quality, conversion, activity, and individual performance
• Conduct field coaching, team meetings, and ongoing training
• Work alongside the team in the field to improve performance
• Hold team members accountable to activity and production standards
• Develop additional direct-to-consumer lead generation channels
• Coordinate community events, home shows, neighborhood campaigns, referral programs, and local partnerships
• Recruit and develop future leaders as the department grows
• Partner with company leadership on hiring, production, territory expansion, and growth strategy
