Job summary

LGI Homes seeks a Field Marketing Coordinator to bring our marketing to life across multiple communities by planning and executing events, showcases, and Realtor engagements that drive traffic and improve the customer experience.

As the on-the-ground extension of the marketing team, you will ensure signage, collateral, digital listings, and touchpoints are polished and aligned with brand standards while managing the full event process and sharing weekly insights with leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in marketing, events, or community engagement.
• Strong event planning and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Creativity and presentation eye with ability to juggle priorities.
• Strong social media and content creation skills.
• Proficient with social media management and content editing tools.
• Willingness to travel between communities and work evenings/weekends.
• Ability to build relationships with teams, partners, and the community.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute community events, showcases, grand openings, and Realtor engagements.
• Drive traffic and enhance customer experience across communities.
• Oversee signage, collateral, and digital listings to ensure brand consistency.
• Manage full event process from planning to post-event follow-up.
• Enter data, track traffic trends, and share weekly leadership insights.
• Coordinate marketing inventory, vendors, and media needs.
• Support community launches and closeouts and keep information centers visitor-ready.
