LGI Homes is seeking a Field Marketing Coordinator to bring our marketing to life across communities through events, showcases, and Realtor engagements. You will manage the full event lifecycle, ensure consistent brand presentation, and support content creation to drive traffic and enhance the customer experience.

The role requires strong planning, communication, and relationship-building skills, plus willingness to travel between communities and work evenings and weekends for events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; 2+ years in marketing, events, or community engagement
• Strong event planning, project management, and communication skills
• Creativity and an eye for presentation; ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong social media and content creation skills
• Digital proficiency with social media management and content editing tools
• Willingness to travel between communities and work evenings/weekends for events
• Skilled at building strong relationships with teams, partners, and the community

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute community events, showcases, grand openings, and Realtor engagements to drive traffic
• Activate national campaigns locally and improve community presentation
• Support content creation and provide insights that drive sales performance
• Manage signage, collateral, digital listings, and customer touchpoints in line with brand standards
• Oversee full event process: planning, onsite execution, and post-event follow-up
• Handle data entry, reporting, traffic trends, and weekly leadership insights
• Coordinate marketing inventory, vendors, photo/video needs, and community launches
