Job summary

LGI Homes is seeking a Field Marketing Coordinator to drive community events and Realtor engagements across multiple communities. This on-site role partners with the marketing team to bring campaigns to life, manage on-site signage and collateral, and deliver consistent brand experiences for customers.

You will coordinate events, track outcomes, and share insights with leadership, while supporting content needs and inventory management across communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, events, or community engagement.
• Strong event planning, project management and communication skills.
• Ability to travel between communities and work evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute community events, showcases, grand openings, and Realtor engagements to drive traffic.
• Support content creation and provide insights to drive sales performance.
• Ensure signage, collateral, digital listings, and touchpoints align with brand standards.
• Manage full event process: planning, coordination, onsite execution, and post-event follow-up.
• Handle data entry, reporting, traffic trend tracking, and weekly leadership insights.
• Oversee marketing inventory, vendors, photography/video support, and launches/closeouts.
• Keep information centers visitor-ready and engaging.
