Job summary

LGI Homes is seeking a Field Marketing Coordinator to bring marketing to life across multiple communities in the Seattle/Federal Way area. The role plans and executes events, showcases, grand openings, and Realtor engagements to drive traffic and enhance the customer experience.

The position handles signage, collateral, digital listings, and customer touchpoints, ensuring brand consistency. You will manage the full event process and provide weekly insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field with 2+ years in marketing/events/community engagement.
• Real estate marketing experience preferred.
• Strong event planning, project management, and communication skills.
• Creativity and presentation sense; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong social media and content creation skills.
• Digital proficiency with social media management and content editing tools.
• Willing to travel between communities and work evenings/weekends for events.
• Ability to build strong relationships with teams, partners, and the community.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute community events, showcases, grand openings, and Realtor engagements.
• Activate national campaigns locally and improve community presentation.
• Manage signage, collateral, digital listings, and customer touchpoints.
• Oversee full event process: planning, onsite execution, and post-event follow-up.
• Handle data entry, reporting, traffic trends, and weekly leadership insights.
• Support photography, video needs, vendor management, and community launches.
