LGI Homes in Virginia seeks a Field Marketing Coordinator to bring our marketing to life across multiple communities by planning and executing events, showcases, grand openings, and Realtor engagements that drive traffic and enhance the customer experience. The role ensures signage, collateral, digital listings, and customer touchpoints stay polished and aligned with brand standards.

You will manage the full event process from planning to post-event follow-up, while gathering insights for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years in marketing, events or community engagement.
• Strong event planning, project management and communication skills.
• Creativity, presentation, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong social media and content creation skills.
• Digital proficiency with social media management and content editing tools.
• Willing to travel between communities and work evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute community events, showcases, grand openings and Realtor engagements.
• Drive traffic and enhance customer experience across multiple communities.
• Polish signage, collateral, digital listings, and customer touchpoints to brand standards.
• Manage end-to-end event planning, coordination, onsite execution and post-event follow-up.
• Handle data entry and reporting, track traffic trends, review listings, and share insights.
• Manage marketing inventory, vendors, photography/video needs, and launches.
• Keep information centers visitor-ready and support with weekly leadership updates.
