Job summary

TEAM is an experiential marketing agency seeking a part-time Promotional Specialist to represent a well-known beverage brand at events in Milwaukee and surrounding areas. You will engage consumers, distribute materials, and help grow brand affinity through live activations.

We value a fun, friendly, outgoing personality and prior event marketing experience. Expect flexible shifts at various venues, with support from a Regional Manager and opportunities to showcase creativity.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in marketing events, as a Brand Ambassador or Promo Model preferred
• Fun, friendly and outgoing personality is valued

Responsibilities

• Execute fun theme interactive events with consumers at local events, retails spaces, restaurants, bars and other special events as needed.
• Work with the designated Regional Manager who will assign each event, train and report results
• Encourage consumers to engage and participate in activation
• Distribute marketing materials, promotional items or additional collateral and products provided
• Articulate best practices and trends back to the Regional Manager via recap and event photos
• Build Brand awareness and help increase client members
• Assist in event setup / breakdown of promotional assets
