Whataburger is seeking a Field Marketing Associate to support marketing activities and coordinate events for the communities we serve. You will assist with reporting and materials, help manage local initiatives, and collaborate with internal teams to drive restaurant success and brand engagement.

The role is based at the San Antonio Home Office, on-site Monday through Thursday with remote Fridays, full-time, with benefits including PTO, 401(k) matching, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills are required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and correspondence.
• Maintain marketing materials, department records, and documentation.
• Coordinate event support and local marketing activities.
• Assist with new restaurant opening marketing initiatives.
• Process invoices, expenses, sponsorship requests, and vendor inquiries.
• Support menu, pricing, and marketing system updates.
