KLA in Milpitas, CA is seeking a Director of Field Marketing to define and execute customer growth strategies across strategic accounts and regions. This leader partners with Product Marketing, Sales, Applications Engineering and BU leadership to translate product strategy into measurable business results.

You will develop executive relationships, drive market share growth, manage strategic programs, RFQs and business cases, and mentor field marketing teams to ensure alignment with revenue goals

Qualifications

• Doctorate with 10+ years in semiconductor industry.
• Experience in customer-facing leadership.
• Experience in product development or strategic adoption programs.
• Deep understanding of advanced semiconductor manufacturing and process control technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop executive relationships across engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and executive customer organizations.
• Lead strategic account engagement and growth across regions and accounts.
• Drive market share growth, adoption, and business expansion within assigned regions and accounts.
• Oversee RFQs, business cases, and customer escalation management.
• Mentor field marketing leaders and align with Sales, Applications Engineering, Product Marketing, and BU leadership.
