Job summary

You will interview, hire, and manage canvassers, develop strategies, track performance, and coach the team to improve results in the field. Strong leadership and field presence are essential.

Qualifications

• Canvassing management experience in home improvement or related industry required.
• Strong coaching, leadership, and team management skills.
• Experience building, training, and motivating door-to-door sales or canvassing teams.
• Comfortable working in the field and leading by example.
