Job summary

Dental Care Alliance is seeking a Field Marketing professional to cover Northern Virginia and surrounding areas. You will build relationships with general dentists, pediatricians, schools and businesses, traveling to offices and events to grow new-patient referrals.

You will identify high-potential practices, develop outreach plans, and conduct in-person visits to convert introductions into long-term partnerships. This role emphasizes on-site activity and community presence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business development, outside sales, field marketing, healthcare marketing, physician/dental relations, community outreach, account management or a related field.
• Demonstrated success building professional relationships and developing new business or referral opportunities.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable making in-person visits and initiating conversations with new contacts.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to independently manage a territory and prioritize opportunities.
• Comfortable using CRM, reporting and productivity tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout an assigned territory.

We are looking for a Field Market er who is energized by people, comfortable being out in the community, and motivated by measurable growth.

This is not a traditional desk-based marketing role.

You will serve as the local face of our dental specialty practices—building relationships with general dentists, pediatricians, schools, businesses, community organizations and other referral partners to increase awareness, strengthen referral relationships and ultimately drive new-patient growth.

The ideal candidate is a natural connector who is confident walking into an office without an appointment, starting a conversation with a practice manager or doctor, following up consistently, and turning a first introduction into a long-term relationship.

You should enjoy being on the road, meeting new people, creating opportunities and seeing the direct impact of your work.

Responsibilities

Develop creative ways to gain access to high-value offices and decision-makers.

Coordinate lunch-and-learns, CE opportunities, office visits and other relationship-building activities.
