Job summary

NetBox Labs is hiring a Field Marketing Coordinator to build and execute field marketing, event and partner marketing programs. Qualifications

• 1–3 years in field marketing or event coordination, ideally in B2B tech or SaaS.
• Hands-on experience supporting trade shows, conferences, sponsorships, or regional events.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership and execution focus.
• Proficiency using Google Workspace applications, Zoom, and Slack.

Responsibilities

• Support the research, development, and execution of field marketing initiatives, including conferences, third-party trade shows, and regional events.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to research, develop, and execute campaigns and projects moving forward on time.
• Help organize and coordinate NetBox Labs and industry events, including proactively communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Partner with the marketing team on partner marketing programs — co-marketing campaigns, joint events, and shared sponsorships with ecosystem partners.
• Assist with weekly and monthly marketing program reporting and metrics (events, campaigns, registration and attendance data).
• At times manage event logistics and on-the-ground execution — venue and vendor coordination, booth setup, and swag.
