LGI Homes is seeking a Field Marketing Coordinator to bring our marketing to life across multiple communities through events, showcases, grand openings, and Realtor engagements that drive traffic and enhance the customer experience. This field-based role activates national campaigns locally and supports content creation while aligning with brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field with 2+ years of marketing, events, or community engagement experience.
• Strong event planning, project management, and communication skills.
• Creative with presentation and multi-priority management ability.
• Strong social media and content creation skills.
• Digital proficiency with social media management and content editing tools.
• Willing to travel between communities and work evenings/weekends for events.
• Skilled at building relationships with teams, partners, and the community.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute community events, showcases, grand openings, and Realtor engagements to drive traffic.
• Activate national campaigns locally and improve community presentation.
• Support content creation and provide insights to drive sales performance.
• Manage full event process: planning, coordination, onsite execution, post-event follow-up.
• Handle data entry and reporting, track traffic trends, review listings, evaluate sign routes.
• Share weekly insights with leadership; manage inventory, vendors, photography/video needs.
• Assist with community launches/closeouts and ensure visitor-ready information centers.
