LGI Homes in Texas seeks a Field Marketing Coordinator to bring the company’s marketing to life across multiple communities. You will plan and execute community events, showcases, and Realtor engagements that drive traffic and enhance the customer experience.

You will also coordinate signage, digital listings, and collateral while ensuring brand standards across all touchpoints. The role requires managing end-to-end event processes, weekly insights, and close collaboration with leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, events, or community engagement.
• Strong event planning, project management, and communication skills.
• Creativity and an eye for presentation; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong social media and content creation skills.
• Digital proficiency with social media management and content editing tools.
• Willing to travel between communities and work evenings and weekends for events.
• Skilled at building strong relationships with teams, partners, and the community.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute community events, showcases, grand openings, and Realtor engagements to drive traffic.
• Activate national campaigns locally and improve community presentation.
• Support content creation and provide insights to drive sales performance.
• Ensure signage, collateral, digital listings, and touchpoints are polished and brand-aligned.
• Manage the full event process from planning to onsite execution and follow-up.
• Handle data entry, tracking traffic trends, and weekly leadership reporting.
• Manage marketing inventory and vendors; assist with photography and video needs.
• Contribute to community launches/closeouts and keep information centers visitor-ready.
